Yes. We recommend evaluating samples before bulk production to confirm fabric, fit, workmanship, washing effects, and overall quality.

Sample development generally takes around 7–10 days after all design details and sample arrangements are confirmed. Complex designs, special fabrics, or additional washing processes may require more time.

Custom samples are subject to a development fee, which may be credited toward a subsequent bulk order under agreed conditions. Sample shipping costs are normally paid by the buyer.

Production generally takes around 20–30 days for simpler styles and 30–45 days for more complex designs, after sample approval and confirmation of all production details. Actual lead times depend on order quantity, materials, washing requirements, and production scheduling.

Yes. We welcome long-term manufacturing partnerships and repeat orders. We can coordinate production planning based on your collection schedule, order forecasts, and agreed specifications.

Quality management can include fabric inspection, garment measurements, stitching and workmanship checks, washing consistency reviews, and final inspection before packing and shipment. Specific inspection requirements can be agreed upon for each order.

We can discuss payment by T/T, PayPal, or other mutually agreed methods, depending on the order type and value. Payment terms will be confirmed in the quotation or sales contract.

Samples can be shipped by international courier services such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on destination and availability. Bulk orders can be arranged by sea or air freight according to the agreed shipping terms.
